Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Communications or Management
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant areas of alumni engagement, networking, outreach and database management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional attitude with openness to feedback and collaborative decision-making.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, databases, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
  • Ability to collect, manage, and analyse data for planning and reporting.
  • Ability to undertake external meetings and interact with donors for outreach.
  • Old Boys of the College preferred.
