During Staff Development Days 2025, our experienced teaching faculty participated in "Creating Engaging Classrooms," a dynamic booster session designed to refine instructional practices. Moving beyond theory, the session equipped educators with practical strategies and conscious management of teacher talk and wait-time to foster deeper student engagement. The core emphasis was on reflective practice and building student resilience and metacognition to intentionally design collaborative, resourceful, and student-centered learning environments.
