Passing of Badar-ul-Hassan (AC 1981-1993)

Aitchison College mourns the loss of Badar-ul-Hassan, a distinguished Old Boy (1981-1993). An outstanding student, who earned several top honours, including the Humanities Group Gold Medal, President’s Medal, Col. Abid Hussain Gold Medal, and Feroze Gold Medal in 1993, as well as the Gold Medal from the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Lahore. He pursued Chartered Accountancy, completing all levels and later qualifying through his articleship with distinction. Badar built an illustrious professional career, serving as Chief Financial Officer at Nishat Mills Limited, and later at Service Group of Industries. He passed away on October 25, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be remembered for his kindness and enduring Aitchisonian spirit.
