Navigating Life after Aitchison

On 13th February, Aitchison’s H2 students participated in a workshop titled "Navigating Life after Aitchison".  The session was led by the school psychologist, Ms. Anam Amama. Aimed at preparing students for practical life after graduation, the workshop addressed both emotional and practical challenges, including time management, financial planning, relationship building, and overcoming self-doubt.

Through guided activities—including writing letters to their future selves, safe-space visualisation, and deep-breathing exercises—students reflected on their personal growth, cultivated inner calm, and learned effective stress-management techniques. Key takeaways highlighted the power of resilience, the importance of community support, and the courage to seek help when needed.

The workshop provided a safe and open space for dialogue, equipping students with the essential tools and confidence to navigate their futures beyond Aitchison College.
