Aitchison Colts Dominate Lawrence - Clean Sweep in All Three Sports
The long-awaited Prep School Sports Fixture between Aitchison College and Lawrence College made a thrilling return after five years — and the Aitchison Colts rose to the occasion in style, winning all three matches in Football, Cricket, and Hockey to seal a remarkable clean sweep victory.
The Football clash was a nail-biter, with both teams showcasing impressive skill and grit. In the dying moments, Ali Bin Usman struck the winning goal that sent Aitchison to victory. The momentum carried into Cricket, where Captain Sulaiman’s gritty 42 runs guided Aitchison to 97, before the bowlers dismissed Lawrence for 81. Saif Ullah Tiwana led the attack with 3 wickets, while Abid Ali and Rehan Saqib took 2 each.
The Hockey match wrapped up the fixture in dominant fashion, as Aitchison stormed to a 4–0 win. Ali Bin Usman shined again with two goals, while Dayyan Asim and Shahidullah added one each.
After a 12-year wait, Prep School proudly reclaimed the rubber — a spectacular achievement and a celebration of Aitchison’s talent, teamwork, and timeless sportsmanship.
