The Residential Life Committee (RLC) at Aitchison College recently visited Cadet College Hasan Abdal for a professional exchange focused on residential education and pastoral care.

The visit provided an opportunity to engage with boarding school leaders, staff, and students while exploring best practices in student wellbeing, residential culture, discipline systems, and leadership development within boarding communities.

The establishment of the Residential Life Committee marks an important step in strengthening boarding life at Aitchison.
